As part of the process, showroom visits and tours of installed spaces may be scheduled. Attention to every detail including finish samples and lead times will be provided in order to find the ideal solution for the project.
Our knowledgeable project design team will ensure that your furniture successfully integrates with the building architecture by consulting architectural plans to identify any potential space challenges. They then create layout solutions and renderings to visually demonstrate the furniture solutions before the order is placed.
In coordination with the contractor and building owner, our team will verify all the space measurements. This allows us to guarantee that the specified furniture has necessary clearances and that all data and electrical locations have been coordinated with the appropriate vendors.
With the furniture package selected, the layout plans and pricing approved, we will place the order, track the delivery and provide constant communication to ensure the project remains on schedule.
Prior to installation, we will create detailed installation plans and coordinate the schedule with all relevant vendors. During the actual installation phase, our team will oversee all the activity, from the first arrival of the trucks onsite to the placement of the last piece of furniture.
