Renaissance Technologies, San Francisco CA

A light-filled space within a historic waterfront pier provided a dramatic setting for the San Francisco office of Renaissance Technologies, a global hedge fund management firm with offices in Europe and the United States. However, the idiosyncrasies of the historic structure added challenges to achieving the refined look of the design intent. As the project unfolded, SideMark’s performance and ability to work with unconventional sites and conditions proved crucial to keeping the project on schedule. Rigorous field verifications helped identify potential problems in advance, while on-the-fly problem solving and coordination with other trades prevented delays.
