Randy founded our company in 1984, providing space planning and facilities consulting services to the fast-paced companies of Silicon Valley. He is a licensed Interior Designer and a professional member of the American Society of Designers. In 1986 he repositioned the company to focus exclusively on contract furnishings. His quality leadership and broad background continue to imbue SideMark with the unique ability to integrate all the complex aspects of today’s workplace environments.

Sandi Jacobs,
President
As President of SideMark, Sandi leads our three offices with a commitment to customer satisfaction, creativity and the values that have set SideMark apart since she joined the office in 1989. A certified interior designer, Sandi became an integral part of SideMark only five years after the company was founded. She has acquired experience in every aspect of design/build projects for commercial interiors, including architecture, furniture and construction management.

Margi Sullivan,
SF Principal
Margi launched the SideMark San Francisco office in 2000. Considered a leader in the design community as a result of her tireless involvement in industry organizations, she brings a wealth of expertise to our company as a whole, from attracting veteran talent to creating marketing opportunities and developing new business. Additionally she mentors and supports our stable of experienced professionals in San Francisco. Margi brings her personable touch to both design and corporate clients alike.

Scott Kriech,
LA Principal
A leader in the furniture industry, Scott Kriech has guided various furniture dealerships as President, Director and Manager throughout his 11 years of experience. Now, as Principal of our LA office, Scott works closely with the design community, connecting them to successful furniture solutions and creating partnerships to grow on. He supports his team of professionals to ensure a seamless client-experience. In addition to his knowledge of the workplace, Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado.

Catherine Brannan,
Sacramento Principal
Catherine has 15 years of industry and project management experience and has been a valuable part of the SideMark team since 2000 as a key player in the success of SideMark’s San Francisco office. As Principal of our new Sacramento office, Catherine will continue to be a valuable and collaborative resource to clients and ensure successful projects. Catherine has a Design Degree from Cal Poly, SLO.

Cindy has over 25 years of experience in the furniture industry and as Vice President of Business Development is a valuable resource to our clients and teams in ensuring a smart strategy and successful execution for each project. Cindy is passionate about service and takes her client relationships and our service commitment to them personally. Cindy has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

As the hub of corporate coordination, Tina provides valuable assistance to our executive team, ensures that everyone in the company has the right tools and support when and where they need it and spearheads strategic planning for the improvement of internal processes.
