Global Fund for Women

Global Fund for Women has been one of SideMark’s probono clients for over eight years. Recently, we teamed with Gensler and BCCI to create a vibrant office that incorporated seating reupholstered with the same fabric to create a consistent design element throughout the eclectic space. We worked closely with various manufacturers to procure donated furniture, negotiate special pricing on new furniture for the non-profit organization, schedule deliveries and ensure a seamless installation. SideMark also coordinated the donated fabric and reupholstering of various conference and task seating to help give new life to the donated furniture and create an environment unique to Global Fund for Women.  Our client was 100% delighted with the outcome.

ClimateWorks

ClimateWorks "walked the talk" with their new space by creatively integrating pre-existing products with new furniture to make an global impact.

Each private office was a 50/50 blend of old and new. By combining new wood work tops and returns with existing storage and mobile table bases, we were able to give new life to the workplace.

Lateral files throughout the space were reused. Using re-painted files in the highly visible corridor area, but keeping non-repainted pieces in back areas, the budget was shaved. These savings allowed the design team to select a few special items for the reception area and the café.
