Degenkolb, San Francisco CA

This being its flagship location, Degenkolb Engineers, a structural engineering firm with offices in California, Oregon, charged the design team with achieving the company’s first LEED-CI Gold certified office. This required close coordination between Pollack, DPR Construction, and SideMark. SideMark prepared detailed data including recycled content calculations, regionally manufactured materials distances, and Greenguard certification grades for all the furniture components. By sourcing additional recycled and resource efficient materials, SideMark helped the team achieve the LEED goal.
