At SideMark, we work hard but believe it’s important to still make time to support our community at large. Here are some of our recent philanthropic endeavors.

Sponsorship and participation in annual industry events, from the AIA Foundations’ Golf Tournament to CoreNet’s Annual Gala Dinner and LEAP’s fun Sandcastle Classic. SideMark is also proud to be an IIDA Northern California Chapter Partner, participating in the Honor Awards, Pioneers in Design and Leadership Breakfast among other events. Members of our team are on numerous IIDA communities both in the Northern and Southern California Chapters.

In-kind donations of furniture and/or design and project management time for clients as diverse as the Global Fund for Women, Hope House, Design Response/Kidango, Oakland Police Athletic League, IIDA/St Vincent de Paul Multi Service Center South, Tomkat Foundation, Taproot and Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS).

Annual financial donations to, among others, the American Cancer Society and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. On behalf of our clients, we have made a special donations to American Forest, enabling the plantation of 3,000 trees - enough trees to almost cover the entire area of Fenway Park baseball stadium and absorb the carbon dioxide produced from 222,857 driven miles!
