Ares Management LLC

Gensler designed an award winning building in Century City at 2000 Avenue of the Stars in downtown Los Angeles, where Ares Management LLC’s new penthouse office bridges the top two towers. The space required a unique set of workplace settings to support their varied work styles and to help them build a new company culture around teamwork. Various layouts and desking solutions were employed, including Teknion's District desking with sleek glass panels and Marketplace that was used for the open "Traders" workstations. SideMark collaborated with Gensler and Teknion’s engineering team to customize District for the administrative workstations, allowing for convenient transactions between administrative professionals and their executive leaders. A seamless ordering and installation process was coordinated with the many trades and general contractor to keep the project on-budget and on schedule.
